COTTON BALES

We are the leading suppliers of raw cotton bales or raw cotton fibre used by the spinning industry to produce yarn. The cotton fibre is separated from seeds through mechanical means and is then pressed into cotton bales.

With a pan India sourcing network, we offer all qualities of Indian raw cotton such as : 

  • Shankar-6, 

  • V797, 

  • DCH Cotton, 

  • Bunny Cotton, 

  • MCU-5 Cotton and 

  • J-34 Cotton

​

All the products have different properties with regards to their length and micronaire which determines the quality of yarn that can be produced from them. We have supplied around 35,000 cotton bales in 2022-23 with a capacity to supply up to 1,00,000 bales across various countries.

COTTON YARN

We have a separate division for sourcing 100% cotton yarn. Due to our continued relationship with spinning mills for over 50 years, we are able to source all counts of open-end and ring-spun yarn. 

 

Our offering consists of both weaving as well as hosiery yarn and also have the capacity to supply blended cotton yarn such as :

  • Bamboo Yarn

  • Coconut Yarn 

  • Spandex Yarn

  • Mercerised Yarn

 

We have supplied over 110 tonnes of cotton yarn in 2022-23 with a capacity to supply up to 750 tonnes.

COTTON WASTE

Our product offering also includes cotton linter or cotton waste such as comber noil, flat strip and YP which is generally used for spinning lower counts of yarn in open-end machines. We supplied upwards of 100 tonnes of cotton waste in 2022-23 and can manage a supply of up to 250 tonnes.
